Driving School in Surprise, AZ

Surprise has two very different kinds of driving: the older Original Town Site near Grand Avenue and the railroad, and the newer neighborhoods west toward the Loop 303. Bell Road ties it together and stays busy with shopping traffic most of the day. We pick Surprise students up from home, school or work, so nobody has to drive you to a lesson. Lessons start on quieter streets, then add Bell Road, Greenway Road, Litchfield Road, Reems Road and Grand Avenue. Long 2.5-hour lessons mean real time on the roads you'll actually use, not a lap around a parking lot.

Why DVDS

• MVD-certified, insured driving instructors
• Road Test Waiver eligible training paths
• Free pickup and drop-off in your area
• Fully insured student lesson vehicles

City-specific driving tip

Grand Avenue runs beside the railroad through Surprise, and the cross streets have rail crossings near the intersection. Never stop on the tracks: wait behind the white line until there's room on the other side. On Bell Road, drivers turn in and out of shopping centers constantly, so keep extra space ahead and cover the brake near driveways.
