Terms of Service

By booking a lesson with Deer Valley Driving School, you agree to the following:

Cancellations: Lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a reschedule fee.

No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled lesson without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that lesson. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Scheduling: All lesson times are subject to instructor availability. DVDS reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to weather, illness, or other circumstances.

Student Requirements: Students must hold a valid Arizona learner's permit before their first behind-the-wheel lesson.

Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Text Messages: By verbally requesting a text message during a phone call with Deer Valley Driving School, you consent to receive a one-time SMS at the phone number you're calling from. Liability: DVDS is not responsible for any incidents occurring outside of scheduled lesson time.
